With a great character and just one floor, the beautiful stone building that works with solar panels, surprises with the blending of the rustic and the modern. When you enter, the great living-dining room meets you and it is the perfect place for your family or friends meetings.

This is a rural house located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Artá, which is about 3.2 km away. This is great since it allows you to enjoy peace and nature, having all needed services handy at the same time like, for example, supermarkets, traditional bars and restaurants where you can taste the Mallorcan cuisine. The access to the eastern beaches is also very easy. The nearest one is Costa dels Pins, about 11.5 km away, and other virgin coves are also near. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is the one in Capdepera and it is about 8.3 km away.
