In addition, the building is accessible, as it has an elevator and an access ramp for people with limited mobility. During the spring of 2018, all the kitchens in the apartments and studios were refurbished and updated, a renovation that was completed in 2019 with the update of sofa beds, windows, and wardrobes, starting the 2019 season with exceptional quality. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that for reservations during the FIB and New Year's Eve dates, the security deposit is two hundred fifty euros per accommodation.
