Fantastic sea view, very close to the sand beach, modern apartment, Flat-TV with international channels, high speed Wifi-internet for free. No lift !

amazing and calm environment. All the amenities in the direct environment, only a 1-minute-walk to : supermarket, bars, restaurants, bakery, butcher shop, vegetable shop, green grocery, fishmonger's shop, a bank, pharmacy.
