Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a television, a cot and a high chair. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and garden furniture. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbours' rest and to avoid loud noises after midnight. Events, parties or other similar events are not allowed. No groups of young people are allowed. The property is ideal for families. Air conditioning and heating are available by inserting coins in the machine. Shops and restaurants can all be reached within minutes on foot. The next restaurant is 3 minutes away (258m). Cafés, bars, and a supermarket a just 5-10 minutes away on foot (max. 600m) and the beach Platja de Sant Pol can be reached on foot in 10 minutes of by car in 3 minutes (958m). The beautiful city of Barcelona can be reached in an hour and 20 minutes by car (105km) and the Girona–Costa Brava Airport is half an hour's drive away (31km).
