In an enviable location, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the idyllic whitewashed fishing village of Binibeca Vell, this charming Menorcan villa has everything you need for a peaceful holiday. The villa has been beautifully decorated with neutral tones creating a calming vibe throughout the property. Three air conditioned bedrooms ensure maximum comfort during the hot summer nights, one of which has ensuite facilities and a separate shower room is provided for the others to share. The large covered terrace houses high quality exterior dining facilities and a comfortable seating area which overlooks the beautiful private pool and the glistening blue of the Mediterranean sea in the distance. The nearby beach in Binibeca is within walking distance and is a great spot for sunbathing, building sandcastles with the little ones, or enjoying a well earned mojito at the beachside bar. For those wanting to explore a little further, the capital city Mahon is a short bus ride away where you can wander round the many shops and boutiques, take an underwater boat trip around the port, or simply watch the world go by as you sample the catch of the day in one of the many portside restaurants. This is a developing resort and a nearby villa is currently under renovation around 30-40m from Bini Cel. External works will be taking place up to approximately 15/07 with possible intermittent noise between 8am - 1pm. After this date, works will take place internally and we do not expect this to have any significant affect on your stay. Our in-resort team will continue to monitor the works and notify us of any changes so that we can inform guests where we feel their stay will be affected.
