Property info

BiniVento is a very comfortable and charming villa. Full refurbished, new kitchen 2023. New air conditioner in all the house from 2022. New baths. Very nice garden with a private pool. The best part is the roof top, with amazing sea views and the big and profesional barbecue. The villa is premium location, only few steps from a dip in the sea and 10 min walking distance from Binibeca Beach. The villa has private parking too, something very important because is a not easy area to park. There is a direct bus to Sant Lluis and Mahón in front of the villa. You dont need a car during your stay, you can do everything walking. There is a supermarket with all the necesary things few steps from the villa too (open from April to November)

Binibeca Vell is the best location in Menorca. Is where are the best villas and best neighbour. Premium tourist comes to Binibeca. Is only 15 minutes by car from the Airport and Port, and the South beaches are the best ones in the island ( Binibeca Beach, Macarella, Turqueta, Sont Bou, Santo Tomas...) . Mahón is the main city and the biggest of Menorca, is only 15 minutes by car from the villas.
