Property info

The apartment is on the first floor of the building without lift. On the roof terrace you can enjoy a large terrace with sublime views over the bay of Alcudia. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 persons, two sun beds and a sun umbrella. The other neighbours also have access to the terrace, although each flat has its own area and furniture. In the modern living and dining area, you can watch a film on TV while enjoying views of the Mediterranean. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a ceramic hob. Both bedrooms have two single beds each, and there is a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. Central heating is available for the winter months.

Neighborhood info

The accommodation is on the sea promenade, a lively place during the summer and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine grained sand beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasol or practice water sports. A 10 minute's walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia's and Pollença's old town, the natural park of S'Albufera or the Caves of Campanet. A car is not essential, but very recommended if you're planning to explore the island.
