'Blue view' is a charming apartment, decorated with avant-garde furniture, it is bright and located on the beach promenade in Puerto de Alcudia, just at the sea. The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator and it has been completely renovated in March 2022 in a fresh, Mediterranean style and offers a range of technology and new appliances. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has about 15 m2 and it has a double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the main street of Puerto de Alcudia, plus air conditioning. The second bedroom has one bed of 85 cm x 190 cm. This room also has air conditioning, a private terrace with an outdoor chair “Acapulco” overlooking the main street. The master bathroom has about 8 square meters and it has a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower with hydromassage. The kitchen has been completely renovated in March 2022. The apartment is a charming and well designed with plenty of light located in the most popular and famous pine path in Puerto Alcudia.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies. The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 200 meters away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.
