This beautiful BEACH/TOWNHOUSE of 100m2, with a minimalist touch, is situated in the fishing district of El Portixol/Palma de Mallorca Bay. This is one of the most exclusive sea front areas of Palma. As you enter our home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, full bathroom, and direct access through bay windows to our patio where a centenary Ficus Tree carries on growing. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms both leading to a full bathroom, and leading to the second floor, under the roof a third double, very luminous, bedroom with full bathroom. The house has all commodities you can expect: TV with dual cables, wifi, Heating and A/C in all the rooms, osmosis treated water supply, bed and house linen, baby cot, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc… The patio is perfect to lunch or dine outdoors in a very private setting, the Ficus Tree will provide amazing shade and you can hear the birds and the boats entering the bay. Fresh sea air can be appreciated!
