Only the small coastal road and the boat harbour separate you from the deep blue of the Mediterranean. From which floor you enjoy this marvellous view is entirely up to you. Large floor tiles adorn the outdoor area on the ground floor, which has a small lounge and loungers for all-round cosy relaxation. With the right drink within reach, nothing stands in the way of an extensive view. If you prefer to relax undisturbed, simply head to the spacious terrace behind the house, which also offers a dining table and barbecue in addition to other sunbathing options. The views can be topped off on the higher balconies on the first and second floors of the house. The sea and inviting bathing opportunities are therefore not far away, but delicious bathing pleasure can also be realised in no time at all in the house's own pool (not heatable). The large columned room with the long swimming pool, which can be reached via a staircase, and the blue mosaic stones almost look like a small bathing establishment.
