We know the area, having been born and having lived here for many years, we have a family tradition in the rental of properties. Our office is located in a central corner of Pollensa where we can also assist our clients they need anything during their stay. We’re always open to suggestions from our customers because we strive to grow and understand that our long term best business practice is customer satisfaction.

Property info

It's a fabulous house with rooms full of light and relaxing space. The design is luxurious and contemporary, mixing natural materials with modern styling. The main living space is on the first floor facing the sea. The lounge and dining room is a huge, sunny space with a wall of glass opening out onto a balcony. It's a cool minimal design with grey sofas, a vaulted wooden ceiling, and satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo. The kitchen is another large space - looking to the mountains inland - with sleek grey units, a second dining table, a walk-in pantry, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and an extra-size fridge-freezer. Double sliding doors lead out from both the lounge and dining room to a fantastic upper terrace, with stunning views of the bay and the mountains. There's also a gorgeous double bedroom on the first floor with its own doors to the terrace, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower. Also on this floor there's a wc-cloakroom. There are three more air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor - a double and two twins with sparkling en-suite bathrooms.

Neighborhood info

The pool and terrace are a great design with an infinity pool, a whirlpool, and terraces - all facing the sweep of the bay. The pool also has views inland to the northern mountains with Pollença old town in the distance. Villa Bonavista is a wonderful modern villa for a glamorous and relaxing holiday with friends. The bay views from the house and the pool are some of the most beautiful in Puerto Pollença - and in less than a 3-minute walk you can be at the port or on the beautiful pine walk beach around the bay.
