The 60 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with 140x200 cm and 150x200 cm mattresses, and 2 bathrooms—ideal for 4 guests. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private area with garden, outdoor shower, terrace, and barbecue. The house is close to Paseo Marítimo and Génova. By car, you can reach Puerto Portals and Bendinat in just 8 minutes, two of Mallorca’s liveliest areas. A supermarket with local vegetables and organic products, as well as a pharmacy, are about 300 m away. Just 1.5 km, around a 20-minute walk, is the Fundació Miró Mallorca, where you can admire famous works by the renowned Catalan artist. At 2 km—about 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car—you’ll find the beautiful Cala Major beach, known for its relaxed atmosphere.
