Hotel Born is in a former palace in the historic center of Palma, a 10 minute walk from Palma Cathedral and the Almudaina Royal Palace. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the hotel courtyard. Also known as Can Maroto, Hotel Born has a beautiful lobby with red marble columns and a grand staircase leading to the hotel’s rooms. Rooms at the Born hotel have tiled floors and are decorated with traditional Mallorcan furniture. All have satellite TV and private bathrooms. Some have views of the hotel’s courtyard. The staff at the front desk are happy to help guests rent a car or book a guided tour of the city. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Palma’s ferry port with regular ferries to the Balearic Islands and Barcelona.
