It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday near the sea, offering a peaceful and natural setting. Designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, the accommodation is ideal for families and groups of up to 7 people. It features: • A bright and spacious living room • A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave • 3 bedrooms with single beds • 2 full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet • An extra bed (180 x 80 cm) available upon request Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby crib, and a high chair. ENJOY THE OUTDOORS The private terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. It includes a basic yet practical barbecue for al fresco meals. Guests also have access to a communal garden with a shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and soaking up the sun. The pool is divided into two sections by a metal barrier: one for adults and one for children, ensuring safety for the whole family. The pool is open from April to November. During the cooler months, the Mediterranean Sea provides a breathtaking alternative for adventurous guests. To ensure a perfect stay, we carry out annual maintenance and improvements before the start of each season. This winter, we have made several updates to keep the villa in top condition, guaranteeing maximum comfort for our guests. PRIVILEGED LOCATION This townhouse is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and a selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Cala Molins beach is only a 3-minute walk away (270 m), making it easy to enjoy the sea at any time of day. The island’s capital, Palma de Mallorca, and the airport are 67 km away (a 50-minute drive).
