Spacious holiday apartment on Costa Brava, located in S'Agaró, in Vil·les Brusi, a residential resort with swimming pool and private parking. This is a 3-bedroom apartment with sea views and just 2 minutes from the beach! Ideal to spend a few days on the coast and disconnect! It has all the comforts you need. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another two single beds and the third has a single bed. You will enjoy a spacious living-room with a sofa and a dining table for up to six people, in an open space with a fully equipped kitchen. It has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. It also has a large terrace where you will find furniture to create nice memories.

The residential area of the apartments Estel and Vil·les Brusi is in the center of S’agaró, one of the most select places on Costa Brava. It is located just 150 meters from the beach, and you can enjoy spectacular views in a quiet urbanization. In addition, you have the convenience of having all the services within a radius of 300 meters (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, bus stop, etc.).
