This penthouse apartment has a unique location in the centre of the building with private and astonishing views to the Montgo magical mountains facing South, The penthouse property is bright and sunny. The complex where the property seats it is an exclusive building with only 20 + units. Large communal areas, it is never crowded due to its exclusive small complex. Unique on views, brightness, privacy and exclusivity
Dear guest, it will be a pleasure for me to welcoming into the property. The penthouse is immaculate, you will enjoy it. The view from balcony is breath taking and your vehicle will be secured in the gated garage. The building is very exclusive and the swimming pool is stunning
A safe & exclusive residential neighbourhood at just one foot away from Denia city centre. Local supermarket at only 5 min walking distance. A safe haven in the natural park El Montgo. Located in the woods but immerse into the city.
