If you are a fan of racquet sports or just want culinary experiences, nearby is the David Ferrer Javea Tennis Club, where people say they make the best paella in town. We offer you an apartment consisting of a living room with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV and free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with the necessary things in case you want to prepare your meal or dinner at home.
The apartment is in a complex of apartments and individual houses with a swimming pool and a well-kept garden, a real green oasis. Nearby there is an apartment complex, the tennis club and private residential buildings. Access to the entrance to the apartment block is on the boulevard and paved, lighted and clean streets. Access to the beach is extremely easy, the distance to the beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Also, at about 5-10 minutes walking distance you will find restaurants and supermarkets.
