Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this apartment just 200 metres from the beaches of the Mar Menor and very close to the city centre of Los Alcázares. The apartment is accessed from the first floor. On entering we find a living-dining room with air conditioning, 50 inch smart TV and access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster among other amenities. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a trundle bed including an extra bed, and a double bedroom with air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub and is connected to the bedrooms through the corridor. Going up the spiral staircase we find the master bedroom equipped with air conditioning and direct access to a bathroom and two terraces, one of them equipped with barbecue, a dining set and a wonderful chill-out to enjoy some evening drinks. On the large terrace there is a laundry room with washing machine. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the room. In addition, bed linen and towels are included in the price, and we welcome up to 2 dogs (no cats).

In terms of location, it's ideal to easily reach shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and the famous beach bars of the Mar Menor can be reached within a pleasant stroll. Although Los Alcázares offers all kinds of entertainment activities, there is also easy access to La Manga (20 min), to the regional park of Calblanque and Monte de las Cenizas (20 min), or to nearby cities such as Cartagena (15 min) or Murcia (30 min) where you will find shopping centres and other tourist activities. Experience absolute relaxation and peace in this property, which will make you forget the stress of everyday life!
