We are a company working in holiday rentals of properties in Mallorca. Our aim is to offer a personalized service and a direct attention to our guests. We wish them to relax and enjoy their favourite activities in the island.

Property info

Grandmother's is a charming townhouse. It is set in a very quiet area, but at the same at a five minute walk to the town centre and the main square. On the ground fllor tehre is a big hall, a living and dinning room, a big kitchen, a store, a patio, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished terrace with solarium and beautiful wiews of the Calvario.

Neighborhood info

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
