Playa Blanca is a fishing village that in recent years has become the tourist center of the Municipality of Yaiza and one of the most important in the Canary Islands. Its beaches rated with the Blue Flag of the European Community, for its crystal-clear waters and accessible infrastructure, are accompanied by a wide range of hotels, restaurants and shops, making it one of the most important beach tourist areas in Lanzarote. Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that surrounds its different beaches and also includes two very important ports. In addition to the urban area, Playa Blanca has places that are a must-see such as, it could not be otherwise, the Papagayo Beaches, with their crystal-clear waters and white sand, located within the Ajaches Natural Park, about 4km from the accommodation. . Other places are the Águila Castle and the Pechiguera Lighthouse. Within the municipality of Yaiza, a few kilometers away are some of the most emblematic places on the island, among which the Timanfaya National Park, La Geria, the Salinas de Janubio, El Golfo (the green lagoon), Los Hervideros or the unique towns of Yaiza and Las Breñas.
