Ca Na Polida is a magnificent example of an historical Majorcan town house, which in February 2013 was restored to its former glory, revealing some of the architectural details of the time. Decorated with impeccable taste, Ca Na Polida is both very modern and cosy. It can accommodate up to four adults. Upon entering the house through a beautiful solid teak door, you are greeted by a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television with satellite channels and a high speed Free WIFI LAN. The adjoining area is a kitchen and a dining area, equipped with all modern conveniences, including an electric oven and hob, and a six seater dining table (high chair also available) Continuing on from the dining room, you encounter the patio. This contains a Barbecue, table and seats; perfect for soaking up the balmy Majorcan atmosphere. Ca Na Polida has one double bedroom with a an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the patio. There is a second bedroom that contains 2 individual beds, next to the family bathroom. Its unrivalled location in the heart of Alcudia, offers you the best of both worlds, easy access to restaurants and shops.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in the heart of Alcudia. Alcudia is a historic little village where the romas settled 2000 years ago. There are still ruins of their houses and an intact theater. The village is surrounded by medieval walls. In the old town you´ll be able to walk around the pedestrian roads discovering a great deal of little shops, coffe bars and restaurants. Near Alcudia you´ll many beaches in the bay of Pollensa, just 500 meters away. There are sandy and stone beaches. Mallorca's largest sandy beach is Puerto de Alcudia, just 1 kilometer away. There you´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
