The two-storey country house made of quarry stone is surrounded by an artistically designed garden landscape, which is characterised by lush Mediterranean vegetation with large trees, including palm trees. The beautiful country house sits on a marvellous, private 28,000 m² plot. Beyond the garden landscape, you can see the rolling hills of the north and even the sea, which is actually only a few kilometres away. The two-storey traditional-style holiday home offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a lovely garden. At its centre is the wonderfully spacious 72 m² pool, which is decoratively lined with a meander pattern. There is a large sun terrace around the pool with ten sun loungers.
