The villa features a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a baby cot. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, a dining area with a table for 8 people, and shared gym equipment. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Outside, you can enjoy a private pool and several outdoor areas: a private covered terrace, two private uncovered terraces, and three private balconies with mountain views. The dining area opens onto the backyard with sun loungers, and the private barbecue allows you to enjoy meals outdoors. The gym area connects directly to the pool area for your convenience. On-street parking is available and shared. Events are not allowed on the property.
