Ca S'Ingles is a charming and modern house for 8 people with a swimming pool, located on the outskirts of the old town of Alcudia and very close to the beaches of Es Clot, Morer Vermell, Sant Joan and Sant Pere. It offers an ideal holiday accommodation for guests who wish to be close to the resort's beaches and facilities. It is just 400 meters from all the amenities of the historic town of Alcudia, including some chic and bohemian tapas bars and shops and the local producers' market held on Tuesdays and Sundays. Inside, the house is elegantly furnished and includes all the modern amenities needed for a self-catering holiday, including a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable living room equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV with WIFI. Ca S'Ingles is a villa for 8 people. There are 4 double bedrooms in the house which are very tastefully decorated. In addition there are 3 bathrooms (1 en suite bathroom and 2 family bathrooms). Outside there is a small but very welcome pool and a shaded terrace, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. Villa Ca S'Ingles is the ideal place for a family holiday, in a cozy, quiet place.

The villa is located just 1 km from the beautiful old town of Alcudia, which offers all amenities such as bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Nearby you can also enjoy the best place in all of Mallorca for windsurfing and kitesurfing. And for golf lovers, the best golf on the island is just 5 minutes by car, the Golf Club Aucanada. The beach of Puerto de Alcudia, the longest sand beach of all the Balearic Islands, is only a few kilometers away. You will find all kinds of water sport activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ... restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and also for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, gyms, places of interest . Nearby there are banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies. The marina of Puerto Alcudia is very close. You can not miss the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant walk between the small boats of traditional fishermen and modern luxury yachts. There is also a craft market and creators every night, and very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Near the apartment there is also Alcanada beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca.
