Juan Carlos and Wieteke will take care of you during your stay with us in Ca Sa Doctora. Together they run the holiday rental company House Mallorca that is located in Inca, 4 KM away from the villa. They are also the private owners of this particular villa Ca Sa Doctora. Together they will do anything to make your stay unforgettable. They can book you excursions, tables at restaurants, boat trips on their private owned boat 'Silverfox' moared in Puerto Alcudia and nannies in case you'd like to have a night out without children. Please contact them for any questions you might have.

The completely private town house Ca Sa Doctora is located in one of the cobbled side streets, in Selva, off the main village square and thus only a few meters away from the typical Mallorcan way of life with weekly markets, summer festivals, and an overall friendly atmosphere. The luxury villa is a paradise for modern art lovers and for those who prefer the stylish and contemporary design over a traditional finca decor. Exquisite paintings and sculptures done by artists who are friends of the owners make this collection unique and provide a special insight for guests alone. The approx. 350sqm of the house is well used with the majority of the bedrooms with air conditioning being located on the street level whereas the living and kitchen area are on the first floor that provides plenty of sunshine and easy access to the wonderful outdoor area including a dining terrace, a lounge corner with BBQ, a lovely garden with citrus trees and the 4x7m HEATED POOL (addiotional cost). Private parking for 1 car.
