The house has belonged to the family since the 15th century and has been completely refurbished during this winter. Artà has a wide selection of bars and restaurants where to taste the delicious Spanish cuisine. The popular Tuesday market in the central streets of the town is a must for any visitor. Additionally, the town is just a short drive from the breathtaking village of Colonia de Sant Pere, or from Capdepera, with its incredible medieval castle. The beautiful and popular beaches of Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida, in Cala Rajada, are within 10-15 minutes driving distance.
