Located in the heart of the San Antoni district, very close to the sea, this 166m² flat has been completely renovated. The 2 bathrooms are each equipped with a large Italian shower, two sinks and a toilet. A large terrace extends the kitchen and a living room of 50 square meters.For more comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned. The apartment is also equipped with a large 140 cm/55' 4k TV connected to a Xiaomi Mi TV Box S Android TV media gateway. A baby reisbed Up to 15 kg weight (125X65cm/49,22X25,6inches), baby step and potty, a baby bathtub, a bottle warmer, a booster seat and a changing mat are also available for your convenience.The apartment is ideally located for a holiday with family or friends, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. You will have access to all the amenities to make the most of your vacation. To reduce the building's carbon footprint, the heat pumps are set to a fixed temperature: 21 °C in winter and 24 °C in summer. These heat pumps can be turned on or off. Tourist rentals of more than 9 nights are no longer authorized by the Valencian Community. As a result, we will be obliged to cancel any rental of more than 9 nights (DECREE LAW 9/2024)
