The apartment was recently renewed and additionally equipped. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment with an individual set for each guest. Also, new facilities for storing guests belongings have been added. The apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking.
My name is Mario. I've been hosting guests since 2014 as well in Spain, Italy, and Poland, but this Dorado Cabanyal apartment I bought in December 2024, so I'm its host since that date. What many consider a job is, for me, quite a passion. That is why I make all my efforts to cope with guests expectations as well as their dreams about a charming and memorable holiday time. I aim to make your leisure time memorable and such to make you repeat it again.
The apartment is located in ancient fishermans quarter which today has been converted into a great touristic site of Valencia, with a plenty of local bars and restaurants, with famous Casa Montana restaurant (awarded with Michelin star) or Taverna Anyora, only to mention some of them. Going to the Las Arenas sandy beach we find La Pepica restaurant, and walking along the boulevard in direction to Malvarosa and Patacona beaches a great number of gastronomic opportunities are on the way. Also if we decide to go from the apartment in the opposite direction to the beaches we can find a lot of interesting options at Serreria street or Av del Puerto only 450 meters distant. The famous Cabanyal Marketplace is at 800 meters At 2.5 km we can reach Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias with the Oceanographic and the city center with the old town is at 4 km.
