Cal Padri 1871 is a very large and stylish beach house, easily accessible, bright, comfortable and well equipped, located in a quiet pedestrian street without noise. Exclusive use house. It has WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Ideal for groups (family, friends, yoga colleagues, gym, co-workers, etc.) as it allows up to 14 guests to be accommodated by having 247m2 distributed in 5 rooms (two first floor and three on the second floor), three bathrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor) and a toilet (second floor), large living room with sofas and armchairs, computer table, playing cards etc, with Smart TV and satellite, dining room with large table, well equipped kitchen, patio Outside, BBQ and sun terrace with sun loungers.

We, Xavier and Maria-Dolors, are brothers and co-owner. We are proud as owners of the holiday home Cal Padri 1871 to receive guests from all over the world and feel that they leave very satisfied and happy after spending a few days with their family, friends, and colleagues in our house. Therefore, we love being the hosts and serving them personally, without intermediaries. The experience acquired in these years has taught us the importance of maintaining a fast, clear and precise communication with the guest. We like clarity, honesty and transparency. Therefore, we are attentive from the first contact, either an initial consultation or an immediate reservation to ensure that everything is clear on both sides. We have been incorporating services and amenities required by guests. We have also been improving the check-in process and how to inform about the surroundings and transport to Barcelona. As a result, we have developed this welcome guide that offers the guest key updated information, focused exclusively on places / services that can be accessed on foot (from a few meters to 15-30 minutes). We also offer a selection of tourist information about Barcelona. English is spoken

The house is located in the old and quiet part of Premià de Mar, a municipality with a charming seafaring tradition on the Maresme coast, near Barcelona with a mild climate throughout the year. Premià de Mar has a modern and high quality trade where everything is found. Ideal for tourism throughout the year and summer with maritime leisure offers. Its location allows you to combine quiet stays near the beach (sand) and the bustle, shopping and culture of Barcelona. You can walk to the train station and in just 30 minutes you are at Plaça Catalunya (Las Ramblas). No car needed. There are two parking spaces a few minutes’ walk from the house (extra). A few meters away, there is a bakery, tapas bars and restaurants. Three minutes’ walk, supermarkets, sandy beaches, promenade to neighbouring towns (ideal for walking, running, cycling, etc.) and seaport (restaurants, boat rentals, etc.).
