These attached villas are located in the estate of Aigua Gelida, 400 meters from the little bay of Aigua Gelida and 2 Km from the beach of Tamariu. Private development in a quiet and pleasant location, with a large share area which consists of three swimming pools, three floodlit tennis courts, a playground and a large garden shaded by pine trees. This houuse consits of four bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. Two bathrooms with shower. Spacious living room with a nice terrace with beautiful views. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. Barbecue. Private garage. Wifi pool area Capacity: 8 people. There is an extra charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price.
