Property info

Located in the most rural part of Benissa, Calima is a haven of peace with views to the sea and the mountain. The property is in the characteristic area of Pinos, is literally in the middle of the mountain. A place where you will only breath fresh air and the only sound you will hear is that of birds singing. Calima will become the perfect place to spend a few relaxing and calm days away from the world. If on the other hand you prefer to do some sightseeing and discover the area in less than 30 minutes by car you will find Benissa’s old town and coves or Calpe’s wide range of restaurant and culture. Calima is built with dry stone a traditional method of construction. It is distributed over one single floor with a lovely mezzanine. The house has an eclectic decoration which adapts to its surrounding while combining comfort and tranquillity in harmony
