Magnifique villa de charme présentée dans un remarquable état général et proposant des prestations de qualité.( tel que son emplacement dans un quartier très calme et ensoleiller….a 5 minutes du centre de Calpé et des plages de sable blanc..) La villa propose de beaux volumes autour d’une belle entrée. Composée d’un salon principal avec salle à manger (terrasse vitrée), un grand salon donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine. Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée. 1 suite avec lit double placard est salle de bain . 1 chambre avec lit simple et lit superpose avec placard . 1 chambre avec lit double est armoire . La partie inférieur propose un appartement d’hôtes (indépendant) composée d’une chambre double suite avec une salle de bain( douche) et un salon avec coin cuisine. (plus un grand cellier) A l’extérieur: un jardin avec une piscine en forme de haricot d'environ 4 x 8m avec une douche extérieure. Grande terrasse avec beaucoup d'espace pour transats coin repas confortable avec son barbecue.
