Welcome to this beautiful house in the historical centre of Pollensa, a few metres away from the central square. It offers accommodation for 4 people and the possibility to enjoy this town full of history and charm during your vacation. This lovely town house will transform your vacation into an unforgettable experience. It is a big Mallorcan house with two floors. It features two terraces, one on the main floor and the other on the top floor, so that you can enjoy a good breakfast or a barbecue al fresco as well as of a good time basking in the sun one one of the two sun loungers. Upon entering, you will find a small hall leading to a comfortable living-dining room with a fireplace, the perfect place to relax, read a book or take a nap. The dining area has a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals in comfort. Next, you will find a separate kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare your favourite dishes, including a ceramic hob, coffee maker and electric oven, as well as other utensils and appliances. Upstairs, there is a second living room with a Smart TV, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. The property has two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another with a double bed and enough space for a cot and a high chair. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. In addition, up to four radiators can be provided upon request.

The town of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, and this is the reason why many artists choose Pollensa as their favourite place in the island. Summer nights are perfect to have a walk and come to know the historical monuments, narrow streets and ancient traditions, the music concerts, art exhibitions, bars, restaurants, shops, terraces at the lively Major Square,... The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicent and Formentor are about 10 minutes away by car. These are breathtaking white sandy beaches with crystalline waters. The promenade invites to admire the beautiful views to the bay and the beach.
