Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The pool (open May 1 to October 15) is shared with another property. You can also enjoy a lush garden, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, and an outdoor shower. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just an 8-minute drive (2.7 km) away. The nearest beach, Platja des Través, is only a 13-minute walk (1 km). Palma de Mallorca and its airport are a 36-minute drive (35.9 km). There is parking for up to 5 cars on the property. The villa is in a rural setting at the foot of a mountain; access is via a paved uphill road. Electricity consumption is included.
