Traditional finca in the heart of San Antonio with private pool and BBQ, just 5-10 mins walk to Cafe del Mar and the famous Sunset Strip - the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly sink below the horizon. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: master with double bed and bathroom ensuite with bathtub and shower, it has TV, a safe box - main floor. Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds, shares a bathroom with a shower with bedroom 3 - main floor. Bedroom 3: with a double bed, shares a bathroom with a shower with bedroom 2 - main floor. Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds - first floor. Bedroom 5: with double bed and bathroom ensuite with shower- first floor. The entire house has AC. There is a living room with TV and fireplace and access to the terrace. Apart from the main fully equipped kitchen, there is a summer kitchen by the pool.

Staying at the villa Ben Parit, you can enjoy San Antonio’s legendary nightlife without any worry about the transport, with super clubs Es Paradis and Eden (15 mins walk), the concert venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel (5 mins walk), many smaller cool venues and the bars of the famous West End (just 10 mins walk from the villa). Just in 400 m, there is a beautiful small beach Caló des Moro and within 1 km you will find truly beautiful sandy and quiet beach Cala Gració. The bus stop is just 1 km away, and the city is perfectly connected with other towns of the island (Ibiza town (bus every 15 mins), Sant Joseph, Santa Eulalia etc) and the most beautiful beaches such as cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta and others.
