Cosy country house for 2 people with garden and a beautiful above ground pool, located in Muro. The exterior area is very beautiful. The wonderful artificial lawn garden surrounds the above-ground chlorine pool that has a diameter of 5.5 metres and a 1.3 metres depth. It is perfect to cool down and relax after a while sunbathing on any of the 4 sun loungers. Then, there is a terrace with a pergola not far away, and it's the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue. Finally, you can spend the rest of the evening at the porch enjoying a drink surrounded by total peace and privacy. The house is powered by solar energy, which makes it even more charming. Upon entering, you will find a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, ideal for doing everything at once. You can prepare your best recipes on the gas hob while setting the table, enjoying an aperitif or even chatting on the sofa, with satellite television for entertainment. There are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds placed together and the other with a double bed, as well as two bathrooms with showers. To complete the facilities, a cot and high chair are available for the youngest member of the family, along with three fans if needed. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is on the outskirts of Muro, about 6.2 km from the town centre, so it is in a quiet environment. We must highlight that it is next to the Natural Park of s'Albufera where you can enjoy beautiful excursions either hiking or biking. In fact, a cycling route passes by the house. Can Picafort and Ses Casetas des Capellans are a few minutes driving from the house so you can spend a day in the beach, enjoy a delicious lunch in a restaurant by the shore and then have a long walk by the sea.
