This house in Pollensa combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern comfort and offers panoramic views of the picturesque village and the imposing mountains of the Sierra de Tramontana. From its spacious terraces, guests can relax while taking in the scenery or enjoy pleasant outdoor meals. The property features a saltwater pool located on the central terrace, highly appreciated by both adults and children. Additionally, it can be heated up to 28°C upon request (at an extra cost), making it an ideal space for relaxation throughout the year. The house has a maximum capacity of 8 people and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor, accessible only by stairs (the property does not have a lift), comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two single bedrooms, which share a separate full bathroom. In total, the house offers four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, all with showers. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round. Important: The property does not have private parking, although it is possible to find parking spaces in nearby streets. Just a two-minute walk away is Pollença’s main square, the heart of the village, where the famous local market takes place every Sunday. This lively square also hosts traditional festivals, concerts, and various cultural events. Surrounding the square, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, charming bars, boutiques, and local craft shops. If you fancy a day by the sea, the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente (4 km) and Puerto de Pollença (6 km) are a short drive away.
