Rural house located in Monells, a beautiful and very peaceful medieval village in the Baix Empordà, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with the family. The house, situated right at the entrance of the village and only 150 meters from its iconic medieval square, is spread over two floors: Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 double bedroom with single beds, full bathroom, and direct access to the garden. Intermediate floor (staircase): a full bathroom. First floor: 4 double bedrooms with double beds, 1 double bedroom with single beds, another full bathroom, living room, and solarium terrace. Outside, there is a large garden with a 12x4 meter saltwater pool and a 5,000 m² property to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the surroundings. Important: pool towels are not provided.
