Property info

The structure is a classic Ibizan house, a 300-year-old house, completely refurbished, with 4 bedrooms, three of which in suites, three bathrooms and a service bathroom, living room, kitchen, a pleasant porch and a wonderful chill area out in the pool area, wonderful view of Ibiza town and the sea from the pool garden.

The house is located 800 meters from the lovely village San Rafael, where guests can enjoy all the services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, very close to the privilege discos and Amnesia, Ibiza is 8 km, San Antoni 15 km
