Given the location, environment, orientation and infrastructures, makes this finca unparalleled. An environment and privileged views, with a dream playground. A house located in a protected area, surrounded by nature, and respecting its original character, stone and sandstone. Completely new and renovated this year 2019.

Alcudia is a beautiful town, located in the north of Mallorca. It is characterized by its beautiful beaches and by an old town with an unparalleled charm, where a walled area (the only fully preserved of the whole island) recalls how life was in the fourteenth century, where the wall was an important part for the protection of the people against the pirates. A high and privileged area where you can enjoy today the best beaches, the best cuisine and the best places with history possible. Alcudia is very well connected, with quick access to the highway that connects the north of Mallorca with the city of Palma, this means that in just 40 minutes you can comfortably travel to any corner of the island. Alcudia is a fishing village, and has a seaport as well, so a trip to Menorca, Barcelona and even Toulon in France is possible from the same municipality. Few places are better in the world of this style, where they combine beauty, customs, history and gastronomy.
