The stunning holiday ground floor Apartment is situated in Port de Pollença, on the coast of the north of Mallorca. Perfectly located just 150m away from the beach in the lovely"Pinaret" area where you will enjoy a beautiful view of the Pollença Bay.

Watersports are really popular here and you can find plenty of different offers. The seafront from the port till the end of the “Pine walk” is pedestrian area. At the local market, every Wednesday, you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and clothes. From Port Pollença you have got easy access to the popular destination of the north of Mallorca: the beautiful beach and lighthouse from Formentor. If you don't want to go by car, you can book an excursion with one of the boats which bring you to the beach of Formentor.
