Welcome to this amazing townhouse with private swimming pool, located at Santa Margalida, for 6 guests. This cozy house, located in a quiet area just at the entrance or exit of the town, has a large patio with a private chlorine pool of 3.5m x 3m and 1.30m deep, and a fantastic furnished porch to enjoy an evening. accompanied by a rich dinner. It is a space full of harmony that guarantees you the long-awaited rest you deserve. The house distributes its spacious and pleasant rooms on two floors and offers a beautiful rustic-modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the ground floor, there is a formidable living-dining room with satellite TV. The kitchen is seamlessly linked to this space and has a ceramic hob with all the essential cooking utensils. On the same floor there is a toilet and a relaxation room for yoga. Going upstairs, you will find what is a new concept of space: a spacious room with a work table and... a bathtub! In the hallway there is an AC, very useful when it comes to cooling the three bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms with shower, and one of them has access to a lovely terrace from where you can admire the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. There is a washing machine. We can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with a baby.
