This finca is located in the east of the island on a plot of approx. 21,000 m² just before the well-known coastal towns of Cala Millor and Sa Coma near their popular sandy beaches of the same name. The finca can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are a total of 5 bedrooms on two floors, all with double beds and air conditioning and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are ensuite. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace access. There is also 1 guest bathroom with toilet. Here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer and large dining table. In the living room there is satellite TV, WiFi internet and fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are 4 further double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have a great view of the pool area and even the sea. The outdoor area has spacious, partly covered terraces, one with a dining table in front of the kitchen and one with chilled out sofas. The pool area with the 11 m x 5 m swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Here you will also find the covered BBQ grill and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The nearest towns are Cala Millor Porto Cristo and Son Servera and the nearest beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor can be reached by car in about 5 minutes.
