Property info

Charming Villa with large private pool without chlorine, up to 16 guests, 5BR+1 all of them with split air con and 3BTH with specials views to Ibiza downtown and Formentera Island. Situated less than 1km from Ibiza city centre and very close to D´En Bossa beach area as well, enclosed in Cas Mut area, driving 5 minutes from old town. With BBQ (charcoal type), wood oven, chill out area, large outdoor table, parking and wonderful garden.

Neighborhood info

This house is situated in a residential area really near to the best area in town, plenty of large supermarkets at San Jordi, bars and restaurants, also very near to D'En Bossa beach front in less than 10 minutes driving, even you can go walking from the house or take a bus to go to the city centre very close to the house. With a convenient bus´s line 5 minutes walk from the house, which can take you to Ibiza town in a few minutes. To go to the main town, you will get it in less than 5 minutes driving, with a very good location to be relax and also close to the parties places.
