Can Petrus is located in an excellent location close to San Agustin, San Jose & San Antonio. The beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Port d'Es Torrent are within 10 minutes drive. The house has been recently refurbished. It has 4 double bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds) and 1 single bedroom, 4 bathrooms, a large living area with dining area overlooking the pool, small stereo and air conditioning in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. A separate modern kitchen has all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay as hassle free as possible. The upper room has a separate entrance. The master bedroom has a separate entrance as well from the garden.. The staircase has child protection. It has an outdoor table under the washingtonia. The outside area has a large terrace with private pool surrounded by palm trees, a custom made BBQ area and chill out area. The villa has a very competitive price & has everything you need for a fantastic stay on the White Isle and it is ideal for groups & families.

Neighborhood info

The villa is very close to San Antonio, at the exit of the road in the direction of San José. You have a supermarket and the bus stop in front of you in 2 minutes.
