Property info

Beautiful and cosy house in Muro Located in the village of Muro, in the north of the island. Capacity for 3 persons. The house is divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor and basement. On the ground floor you will find the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a cosy interior "patio" (courtyard) . On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a sofa bed and a play area. The whole house is completely renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail. In the bedrooms there is air conditioning. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
