Fabulous and luxury villa with private swimming pool and wonderful surroundings set between Pollença and Puerto de Pollença The villa is very near the road. There is a pedestrian pavement along the road which leads to Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa, which are a few minutes’ drive from the villa. This very ancient and reformed villa relates to old times with its looks, but is equipped with all contemporary features. The large hall, with its astonishing lamp, leads to a kitchen with a graceful library over it, and to the large dining room, where the ancient and astonishing “tafona” is set. It is also seen from the large living room, which features a ping-pong table. There is also a bathroom downstairs. Next to the kitchen there is a large and comfortable barbeque area. The pool is set on the other side of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two of them with three beds, and three bedrooms, two of them en suite. There is also Wi-Fi in and outside the house. For large groups you can also rent the villa "Can Segui petit," which is next door and offers space for another 8 people. We have fiber optics with high speed internet. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Tourist Tax Please note that a local tourist tax is applicable to all stays, as required by local regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
