The property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dresser, a sizable safety box for laptops, video surveillance with infrared cameras, a separate toilet, and a wood oven for baking fresh bread or cooking lamb. The fully equipped kitchen operates on 100% renewable energy with solar backup. Other amenities include internet, SAT TV, and a chimney for cozy evenings. The property is not suitable for parties or outside music, and a serene atmosphere is expected after 22:00, making it an ideal retreat away from the Ibiza party crowd.

The host or authorized personnel may access the property for cleaning, maintenance (including pool and garden services), or in the event of an emergency. For longer stays, scheduled cleaning visits will be communicated in advance. In the event of urgent issues (such as water leaks, fire, or suspected illegal activity), the host reserves the right to enter the property without prior notice. If there is a well-founded concern regarding a breach of house rules, the host may request access to inspect the property with prior notice. Guests are required by law to provide valid identification information for tourist registration before check-in. This applies to all staying guests, including any additional guests arriving later. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in cancellation of the stay without compensation, in accordance with local legal requirements. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left at the property before check-in or after check-out.
