The property is centrally located, close to supermarkets, restaurants, the train station, and the beach right in front of the accommodation. The Costa Brava is less than 30 minutes away by car, and Barcelona can be reached in under an hour by car or train. Parking is available in the building’s garage for one vehicle. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parties and unregistered guests are prohibited. Guests under 25 years old cannot check in. The apartment is in a residential area where, according to local regulations, loud music and talking are not allowed after 10 pm (Friday and Saturday nights) and after 9 pm on other days. Please be considerate of neighbors to ensure a peaceful stay. Important rules: Check-in is from 5 pm to 9 pm. Late check-in is only available from 9 pm to 11 pm for an extra fee payable on arrival. Check-in is not possible after 11 pm. Check-out is by 10 am.
