Cap Sa Sal is a private property Only the residents can use the facilities, it means marvellous swimmingpool, over the blue, and also bathing areas in the sea with stairs from the coastal line, wich is accessed directly from the apartment through an elevator and a tunnel. It is possible too, to practice Kayak or this type of nautic sports, because there is a ramp to put the boats in the sea and also to pick them up and a place to keep. This makes the property the perfect place in the present circumstances, where the insulation is possible and at the same time to enjoy a perfect holiday in the sea and be able to know the extraordinary building where is the apartment located, a luxurious hotel from the sixties with a special vintage charm
